E.- I swear I had an entire brilliant blogging week planned... but everything went wrong. Well, not wrong wrong, I just got busy with other unavoidable duties, which meant the blog had to be left to second plan - but nothing that a nice long writing weekend won't solve.

bareMinerals is known to be a 'natural' make up brand. They use minerals in their products, making them not only 'not bad' but actually good for your skin.
bareMinerals é conhecida como uma marca de maquilhagem 'natural'. Eles usam minerais nos seus produtos, tornando-os benéficos para a pele.
The box is quite big for what it contains, but experience has taught me that the amounts they give you are more than sufficient.
A caixa é ligeiramente maior do que o necessário, mas à medida que uso os produtos percebo que estas quantidades são mais que suficientes.
The kit includes three brushes. The thinner one is a concealer brush, which is strange since there's no concealer included in the kit. The medium is for the bronzer and finishing powder, whilst the bigger one is for the foundation.
São três os pincéis que vêm incluídos. O mais fino é para o corrector, o que sinceramente não faz muito sentido visto que o kit não inclui um corrector. O médio é para o blush e pó finalizador, enquanto que o maior é para a base.
There are two foundations included in the kit: one lighter and one darker, but still in the same shade range. My kit is the Light version, so I got these two with it.
O kit vem com duas bases em pó: uma mais escura e outra mais clara, mas ambas dentro do mesmo tom. O meu kit é o Claro (Light), por isso veio com estas duas.
The boxes have an efficient locking system that allows you to save a lot of product and is one of the reasons why the small quantities are enough.
As caixinhas têm um sistema de fecho muito eficiente que nos impede de desperdiçar o produto, sendo uma das razões pela qual as quantidades pequenas são suficientes.
Both foundations have SPF 15, which is great to avoid skin ageing.
Ambas têm factor de protecção solar 15, o que é bastante importante para prevenir o envelhecimento precoce da nossa pele.
I had never used a primer before so I can't really say wether this one is good or not. I like it and has been doing its job perfectly so it gets a thumbs up from me.

The kit comes with a manual and a DVD that explains exactly how to wear the products, which is great for rookies like me.

All in all, I'm very happy with my kit. Even though it was a present, I am perfectly aware of how much it costs and know that it's a bit pricey for such small quantities, but you do pay for the quality. I've been wearing this make up almost daily since I got it, and my skin looks as healthy as if I didn't wear any make up at all. I didn't notice any improvements (yet) as they promise, but I'll give it a bit more time to work its magic. When wearing it, it feels nothing like make-up and you can achieve a very natural look. Resumindo, estou muito contente com o meu kit. Apesar de ter sido um presente, estou perfeitamente ciente de quanto custa e sei que é uma marca cara, especialmente considerando que vem em quantidades bastante pequenas. No entanto, paga-se pela qualidade. Tenho usado estes produtos quase diariamente desde que os recebi, e a minha pela está tão saudável como quando não usava maquilhagem nenhuma. Não notei melhorias como eles prometem, mas vou deixar passar mais algum tempo até ter um veredicto nesta parte. São produtos bastante leves que não deixam a pela pesada, e com os quais se consegue atingir um look bastante natural para o dia-a-dia. Podem encontrar a marca na Sephora - não estou a par de outros vendedores mas avisem se souberem! Digam-me o que acham da marca nos comentários - já experimentaram ou vão experimentar?
