After the good news I shared with you last week, I realised this is a critical stage. Finally starting to see the results you want and seeing the changes on your body, clothes and scale is definitely a great thing, but may leave you with the sense that you've done enough. I don't want to stop here, I want to finish what I started and achieve the goals I set myself. But finally fitting into a Small again definitely left me with a feeling of accomplishment that led me go a bit out of my eating plan!
So Ladies, don't forget the results you set yourself in the beginning of any plans you make, in whatever it is in life! Don't settle for any less than what you want and don't think you can't do it because we can achieve anything with work and dedication.
Tip of the week:
Don't settle for any less than what you wished for in the first place. Keep pushing until you get to where you want be!

Depois de partilhar as boas notícias na semana passada, percebi que estou numa fase crítica. Ver mudanças no teu corpo, nas tuas roupas e na balança sabe muito bem, mas pode te dar aquele sentimento de concretização quando, na verdade, ainda não chegaste lá. Eu não quero parar por aqui, quero completar aquilo que comecei e atingir aquilo a que me propus. Mas finalmente entrar num S outra vez deu-me aquele sentimento de vitória e fez-me desviar do meu plano alimentar!
Por isso, minhas caras amigas, nunca se esquecem do primeiro plano que fizeram, no que quer que seja na vida. Não se contentem com nada menos do que o que querem e não pensem que não o conseguem atingir, porque toda a gente consegue chegar onde quer com esforço e dedicação.
Dica da semana:
Não se contentem com nada menos do que o que desejam. Continuem a trabalhar até chegarem até onde querem estar!
