I'm sorry but this is a rather awkward post. I'd like to point out to all you lovely people who have been visiting my blog that you can now follow it through GFC or Bloglovin on the right hand side of the blog. My GFC tool wasn't being displayed until recently, so I'd like you all to be aware that it is now.

Este post é um tanto embaraçante mas tem que ser feito. Só gostava de avisar todos os visitantes do meu blog que já me podem seguir usando o GFC ou o Bloglovin, utilizando as ferramentas do lado direito. O GFC não se encontrava visível até há pouco tempo, e por isso gostava de vos avisar :)

I don't know if I'm allowed to still call this post 'Film Friday' when it's already Saturday but I'm sure you won't mind if I tell you my excuse - or maybe you will. I was busy with family in the previous days and yesterday was spent shopping with my mum and later having a dinner with my boyfriend. Am I forgiven now? :)
Anyway, the weekend is not even halfway yet, so you still have time to put your feet up, watch a film and relax... And I have just the perfect thing for that.
Think like a Man
Have you have wondered about the differences between men and women regarding relationships? Well, there you have it. This film will tell you all about it, but don't think this is someting you can only watch with your girlfriends because it's such a chick flick... Wrong! This is absolutely hilarious and I'm pretty sure guys love it as well - at least mine did!
The sequel is on its way for next year, so now it's the perfect time to watch it. And if you need more convincing... here's a picture of Michael Ealy, he'll probably take care of that.

Não sei se ainda posso chamar a este post 'Film Friday' dado que hoje já é sábado, mas acho que me podem perdoar se vos disser que ando ocupada com a minha família que está cá de férias, e que ontem o dia foi passado às compras com a minha mãe e a jantar com o meu namorado. Estou perdoada? :)
Mas vá, o fim-de-semana nem vai a meio por isso espero que ainda tenham tempo de ver um filmezinho e relaxar... quem sabe depois de um belo dia de praia?
O filme que vos trago hoje é o 'Think like a man'. Não encontrei o título em portugês de Portugal, mas no Brasil é 'Pensa como eles'. Alguma vez quiseste saber as diferenças entre homens e mulheres no que toca a relações amorosas? Não precisas de matutar mais, este filme vai te tirar as dúvidas todas!
Mas atenção: se pensas que só podes ver isto com as tuas amigas, estás enganada... Este filme é tão hilariante que eu garanto-te que os rapazes também vão adorar.
A sequela está prevista para o próximo ano por isso agora é a altura ideal para o verem. E se ainda precisaram que vos convença mais... Aqui vai uma fotografia do Michael Ealy, ele trata disso!
This is a new feature on the blog that I created to share specific news regarding fashion and celebrities with you guys! I decided to share this one in particular for everyone outside Portugal, as you'd probably not hear of it otherwise. Here goes the first news post.
Sara Sampaio goes on Twitter date
Who needs a dating website when you have Twitter? Sara Sampaio got a date through the social network after having been dared by a sixteen year old fan but his age has sparked some controversy.
The teenager decided to copy the strategy of another Twitter user after having heard of its success in the US. The dare was simple - the boy simply had to have 10 000 retweets until the end of July so that Sampaio would go on a date with him. He managed to achieve the goal 5 days before the deadline, which even Sara found impressive, as she stated in her offical Twitter and Facebook page, 'I'm going to be honest, I never thought @ManelMoreira would achieve 10k RT but he did and I'll keep my word' (translation by me).
The Portuguese beauty for VS Swim
The Victoria's Secret model made sure she clearly stated this is not a romantic date, due to the young age of the fan and even added that one of the boy's parents would have to be present. This will probably take place in the end of August whilst the portuguese beauty is in the country, as she currently lives in New York.

Decidi criar uma nova rubrica para o blog: notícias! Esta primeira não vai ser muito elaborada porque já devem estar fartos de ouvir falar disto - a nossa linda Sara Sampaio concordou em sair com um rapaz de Aveiro se ele atingisse 10 000 retweets e ele conseguiu!
Prometo que a próxima notícia não será tão badalada quanto esta, mas achei que era uma boa ideia transmitir esta notícia em inglês já que a Sara está a atingir um vasto reconhecimento internacional e tem fãs espalhados por todo o mundo.

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably noticed I was gone for the weekend. I went to the country with my family to visit more family - that's what you get when you're mum is one in nine siblings! I go there every year so it's more like a family tradition now. It was incredibily hot, but thankfully there's a swimming pool in the village so I went there with my cousins for a swim - which is also becoming a tradition, and a great one I must add!
I leave you with a few pictures of my trip, which includes a huge fire in one of the mountains. Sadly, this is a recurrent scenario in Portugal during summertime, as I had a similar view from my window waiting for me when I came home. I find it hard to believe this is all nature's doing, so it's very likely somebody starts those fires, either intentionally or by accident. Please be careful at all times when you're out and about to avoid this type of situations, especially with cigarretes!

Se me seguem no Instagram, provavelmente repararam que eu estive fora este fim-de-semana. Fui com a minha família visitar mais família no interior do país, uma viagem que fazemos todos os anos em conjunto e que se está a tornar uma verdadeira tradição. Quase derreti ou não estivessem mais de 40ºC, mas felizmente a aldeia tem uma piscina e foi lá que recuperamos a sanidade mental depois de suar mais do que o humanamente possível.
Aqui estão algumas fotografias da viagem, incluindo uma de um fogo num dos montes à volta. Como devem saber, isto é uma paisagem recorrente em Portugal nesta altura, como eu constatei na primeira pessoa ao chegar a casa e deparar-me com uma paisagem similar da janela do meu quarto. Apesar do calor que se fez sentir, é pouco provável que isto não tenha tido ajuda humana, seja intencional ou não. Por isso, apelo a todos que tenham muito cuidado para não provocarem cenários destes, principalmente ao lidar com cigarros e fogueiras!
